Offset Saddle thresholds are commonly used to meet with an irregular floor surface.

The 2727 Offset Saddle Threshold measures 7" inches in width and makes smooth transition in floor areas between different floor surfaces ranging from 1/4" to 1/2" in height.   This is commonly used when meeting tile or carpet on one side. This aluminum threshold, with a fire-rated construction, is specifically crafted to accommodate up to a 1/4" height change in floor surfaces.
