Rockwood 305 Door Edge Protection Guard, Surface Applied (Non-Mortised), No Hardware Preps, Non-Handed, UL Listed

The Rockwood 305 is a heavy duty, L-shaped, non-mortise, surface applied stainless steel door edge that is designed to protect the vertical edges of a 1 3/4" thick commercial door from impact and wear. It covers both the leading edge and part of the push-side face, preventing splintering, dents, and damage in high-traffic areas.

Rockwood 305 Door Edge Guard Features:

  • Non-Mortised, Surface Applied
  • Material: .050" material thickness - 304 stainless steel x satin finish (US32D/630)
  • Standard fastener preps included (as shown in image)
  • Fasteners provided: #6 x 5/8" FH SMS
  • For use on 1 3/4" thick doors
  • Door Edge Guards are Non-Handed with no hardware preps (fastener preps only)
  • UL Listed for use on fire doors
  • Length dimensions are cut to exact length as follows:
    • 3'-6" = 42"
    • 6'-7 1/8 = 79 1/8"
    • 6'-11 1/8" = 83 1/8"

Rockwood 305 Door Edge Guard Fire Rating:

  • Rockwood 305 Edge Guards come standard with the UL mark to designate fire rated for use on:
    • Wood or plastic-covered wood fire doors rated up to and including 1-1/2 hours
    • Hollow metal, steel-covered, composite type fire doors rated up to and including 3 hours
