Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

  • Any order $1,000 (product amount) or more is not returnable (in part or whole).

  • Any door with a Dead Lock Prep or a Frame with a Dead Lock Strike Prep is not returnable.

  • Fire Labeled Doors & Frames are not returnable.

  • Electrified Hardware items are not returnable.


For orders that are eligible to be returned they must be less than $1,000 (product) in value and:

offers its customers fourteen (14) Days to make a return.

Details of our Fourteen (14) Day Return/Refund:

You have up to fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods to return your unopened, unused product(s) for a refund, less a 25% Restocking Charge, excluding any shipping/handling charges. Shipping/handling charges will not be refunded.  Special order or Custom made items are not returnable and are excluded from any return policy.  Items that are noted as a "close-out," "discontinued" or "Surplus Items" are also are hereby excluded from any return policy.

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted after fourteen (14) calendar days from date you received the items.  DO NOT return any item(s) without first obtaining an RGA Number.  If we do receive any returned item without an RGA Number no credit will be offered.

Exchanges, credits or refunds will be honored only if accompanied by an original MDI Supply receipt or invoice (Proof of Purchase).  Credits or refunds will be made within fourteen days of return (after MDI inspection & approval).  MDI reserves the right to limit the quantity of items returned on a “per-order” basis.  All returned or exchanged goods must be delivered to MDI’s warehouse with the shipping charges “prepaid”  and are subject to inspection and review.

In order to return any product, you must contact us first via email to: orders@mdisupply.com to receive instructions on how to return your products, where to ship them to and to receive a Return Authorization Number. Do not just send us your return without contacting us first to obtain the proper Return Number and instructions.  Any return received without the proper paperwork and Return Number will not be recognized.

If items have been opened, installed, used, scratched, dented, etc. we are unable to accept them for return.  If you received the incorrect item with your order or if your order was damaged during shipment please do not open or use the item.  Contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue expeditiously.

Once we receive your unopened, returned items we will inspect and upon approval we will issue a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for return shipping nor do we arrange return shipping.  We strongly recommend that you insure your return for the full value of the material. If we do not receive it, we cannot credit you for it.  Once we have received your return with the proper paperwork and RGA Number, we will refund the total order price minus original shipping, handling charges and possibly restocking charges.
