Air Louvers 1500AHR Hurricane Rated Door Louver Kit - Meets up to 350 ft lb Impact Rating for Severe Windstrom Rating.

Inverted split Y louver with 1″ blade spacing features a 12 gauge security grille and two-piece thru-bolt louver design. 40% free area. Meets up to 350 ft lb impact rating for severe windstorm. Florida Building Code Approval. Made in the USA.

Application: Exterior windstorm rated doors.

Product Specifications

  • Frame and Blades: Zinc Plated/Galvanneal steel.
  • Standard Finish: B-Bronze powder coat.
  • Construction: Louvers are mechanically attached to the sturdy welded frame. Security grilles with 13/16″ square openings are welded to both sides of the louver.
  • Mounting for 1-3/4″ Doors: Thru-bolt fasteners.
  • Material: 18 gauge galv steel frame and blades; 12 gauge CRS security grille. 
  • Door: 1-3/4” thick. Door cutout = order size.
  • Fasteners: #8-32 Phillips head thru-bolts with blank head one side. 
  • Free Flow Area: 40% Free Area.
  • Size: All sizes noted are "width x height."
  • Made in the USA
