The 411 Series Full Mortise Automatic Door Bottom features a drop-down seal that automatically lowers when the door is closed to seal the gap. It is fully mortised and made of durable aluminum mill casing that does not affect the door's appearance. This door bottom is ideal for decorative doors, upscale condos, dormitories, commercial buildings, and luxury hotels. It is compatible with 1-3/4" and 1-3/8" thick doors and comes with different end plates for each door. Choose from three available seal options. Easy to install with provided instructions, end plates, and screws.

Pemko automatic door bottoms consist of an aluminum case which surrounds a movable drop bar seal. The drop bar seal is actuated by a plunger which contacts the jamb as the door is closing, forcing the drop bar seal down against the floor or threshold.
