The 172A door saddle is one of Pemko's most popular saddle thresholds.  It can be added to an opening at time of door/frame installation or later after the door and frame wawere already installed.  This threshold is not attached to the door/frame unit as with residential saddles.  Rather, this threshold gets installed to the floor it sits on giving you the ability to install it after the door and frame is already installed * which is a common process with commercial thresholds.

The Assa Abloy Pemko 172 series threshold is a barrier free, BHMA Certtified threshold and is fire rated.

* Door undercuts vary so be careful.  This saddle has a 1/2 inch height.
