Locksets is listed by UL 10C / UBC 7-2 (1997) positive pressure, for single doors up to 4’0” x 8’0”.
Lock is certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.2–1996, Series 4000, Grade 2.
Lock fits type 160 or 161 door preparation, and has a limited 5 year warranty. Lockset is fully adjustable for 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" door thickness. Lock will accommodate keyways of major manufacturers.
Lockset fasteners to be concealed with through-the-door through-bolt attachment outside the 2-1/8" door preparation. Through-bolts to be removable, if desired.
PDQ SD176 Features:
FOR DOORS: 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick.
DOOR PREP: Fits standard 161 door prep (2 1/8" hole x 2 3/4" backset). Through-door through-bolting. Through-bolts removable if desired.
BACKSET: 2-3/4" is standard.
FRONT: 2-1/4" x 1-1/8" for 2-3/4" backset. Stainless steel or wrought brass.
STRIKE: 4-7/8" x 1-1/4" (ASA).
LATCHBOLT: 1/2" throw. Adjustable front for flat or beveled doors.
HAND: Non-handed.
TRIM: Zinc diecast levers/wrought brass rose. Philadelphia (PHL) - standard.
KEYS: Two change keys per lock (only on keyed functions).
KEYWAYS: C-Keyway is standard (only on keyed functions). SD series is also available in keyways of other manufacturers (additional lead-time applies). Contact MDI Supply at: 888.634.3667 for more information.
CYLINDER: Brass 6-pin insert cylinder (only on keyed functions).
