CTR Hidden Frame Access Door, Hidden Flange
Designed for a more aesthetically pleasing finish, the panel, with its beveled edges, closes over the flange. The optional gasket is used to reduce airflow between the panel and the frame.
The CTR model non-rated access panel aesthetically designed to meet the needs and requirements of the most discriminating customers. This access door is designed with patent pending hinge which hides the frame behind the door which also cuts installation time approximately 50% of a standard flush drywall beaded door or a flush plaster door, and much less cost.
This door also offers a more pleasing finished look than the standard flush mounted (AHD Series) door with a 1" flange. No more unsightly outlines with the CTR Access Door. For installation in any wall or ceiling material.
A labor saving alternative to doors with drywall flanges. "No need to mud or plaster."
