The Air Louvers VLF-EZ PAK is a pre-packaged, self-attaching beveled vision lite kit designed for use on 1 3/4" thick doors, featuring a 20-gauge steel, mitered corners, and continuous glass retainers for easy installation. "PAK" signifies it includes the frame, glazing, and glazing tape, simplifying ordering for vision kits for doors. We will take care of sizing the glazing, applying the tape and packaging it. Vision Lite PAKs are available in multiple sizes. Contact MDI for sizes not shown.

• Order Size (Door Cut-Out Size) - 2" = Viewable Glass Size
• Material: 20 gauge cold rolled steel
• Construction:  1 3/4" trim with radius corners, mitered and welded. Continuous glass retainer, countersunk mounting holes on non-corridor side
• Standard Finish: Mineral bronze powder coat (Dark Bronze/Dark Brown)
• Glass: 1/4" thick CTG-Clear Tempered Glass (For use on non-fire rated doors)
• Fasteners: Flathead Phillips screws to match finish
• Door Thickness: For use on 1 3/4" thick doors only
